About Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga is an yoga of awareness. It is a sacred science that opened up a whole new world, even for those who had practiced other forms of yoga in the past. It is a dynamic powerful tool that is designed to give you an experience of your soul, your truth self. Each class is different and consciously combines breath, mudra, eye focus, mantra, body locks and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity and purify the blood, while allowing the practitioner to experience a state of relaxation that brings balance to the mind, body and soul. Each class has a different focus and ends with a final relaxation and meditation.

About the Teacher
Har Avtar Kaur is a self taught yogi. She began practicing general yoga by herself in college and later began to take classes in her local gym and then daily practices in bikram, hatha, Iyengar, Vinyasa and kundalini yoga at various yoga studios. Having benefited so much from Kundalini Yoga, she is excited to serve and teach the tools of kundalini yoga to all walks of life, in order to help others realize the healer and teacher within themselves and expand their awareness. Har Avtar Kaur's classes are challenging, fun & deeply healing with a twist of yoga fusion, a focus on mantra, postures, meditation and sound healing for a restorative yoga class leaving you feeling happy and a promise you a peace of mind. She is currently living in New York where she practice and teaches yoga while working as a full time engineer and a part time network marketer.
